Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All shipping costs and delivery times are based on the delivery method chosen during checkout. You can use the shipping estimate in your shopping cart to check the delivery cost of your order at any time prior to checkout. All shipping costs are determined by the shipping provider selected.  Please send us an email if you would like a quote on a shipping service not offered on the website and we will happily look into it for you.  We generally ship orders out within 1-3 days of the order being placed.  Keep in mind that we generally do not ship same day.   If you have an urgent delivery request please put that in your notes at the time you place the order.  We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

International orders

All international orders must be paid via PAYPAL using Instant Transfer.  Once the payment clears the order will be shipped out.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL Because of the collectible nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on non-defective merchandise and cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS Many of the products we sell are either hand-assembled or painted, and slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product, . Returns for minor cosmetic defects will not be accepted. However, if you receive damaged merchandise (broken or missing parts) right out of the box, you have 10 business days from the time you receive the package to return it to us for exchange of the same product if available, or refund if the same product is no longer available. We will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging. Blister cards, accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item must be included as well. If your return does not meet these conditions, you’ll be charged a 15% re-stocking fee or have your defective merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence won’t be accepted.

We cannot refund shipping & handling charges.
