Kopilot Press is a locally owned and operated small business. We are one of the few screenprinters in town that will do orders of less than 20 shirts. Our minimum order is 10 one ink color shirts. We also do not charge additional set up fees, art fees or screen fees. That makes us one of the best deals in town for screenprinting! We work with schools, bands, sports teams, churches, artists, businesses, non-profits and many others. We have decided to move so that we can focus on growing and expanding our screenprinting business.

Base Prices: $5.25 per shirt for Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Gildan, Anvil or Jerzees basic 50/50 cotton/ polyester blend t-shirts. The price includes the shirt and 1 printed ink color. For each additional ink color or impression please add $.50 per shirt. For details on other brands or shirt styles, please call or email. We offer American Apparel, Alternative Apparel, Bella, Anvil and many others.

Capabilities: We can print up to 4 colors at one time. We can’t print photographs, but we can usually simplify photos to make them printable.

Minimums: You must order 10 shirts per ink color or impression. (For example, printing one color on the front of the shirt and one color on the back of the shirt is considered 2 impressions. The minimum order would be 20 shirts.)

Price breaks: $.50 per shirt discount for every 50 shirts (up to 150).

Timeframe: Orders will be completed and ready for pick-up within 10 business days (this is after the final art and pricing has been approved). If an order is needed in less than 10 working days and we can manage to get it done in that amount of time, a $25.00 rush charge will be applied. (all rush orders must be prepaid). During Peak times there may be a longer turnaround time on some orders.

Payment: For orders $150.00 or over, we require a 50% deposit in advance. Otherwise, no deposit is needed. Orders must be paid for completely upon receipt. All orders are subject to a 6% sales tax.  We do accept resale tax id's and nonprofit tax id's.

Artwork: Illustrator EPS files with text converted to outlines is prefered. Photoshop or JPG files saved at 300ppi at 100% of the printed size are also acceptable.
